"I received a very affordable quote and was given proof of insurability to provide to my previous home insurance company so that they would cancel my policy with them. I found out almost a year later that my new policy with this agent had been almost immediately cancelled because “the underwriter didn’t receive the inspection report.” No one told me or my mortgage company that I didn’t have any home insurance at any point. I only became informed after I inquired about what my car and home insurance discount was. After the fact, I read that State Farm wasn’t even insuring anymore Florida homes anymore and this was before I even had my home inspection. When I discovered my home wasn’t insured, I was only given the option of a $1300 increase a year premium with Citizens which included a $500 no home insurance fee, which is now “depopulating” their policies and I am losing my coverage once again less than a year after being insured with this agent. Hands down the worst insurance fraud I have ever experienced."

They also rude and they don’t call you back and charges your card without a bill then call and said we are sorry we mistakenly charge your card that is fraud. Also they charge a fee and other Statefarm don’t do that. Do not do business with this office"
